Walked about 6 miles total,

picked up groceries from store and walked back home one mile with probably 30 lb bag, switching up arm positions so i wouldn't drop anything
Ran 1 mile to BV, climbed some trees, checked a few standards. I am significantly weaker than before. there are a few jumps that were cake for me before that i can no longer make. I'm trying not to be too disconcerted, the strength will come back
Random amounts of pushups, squats, and pull-ups after getting home
Slept with no blanket on 12mm yoga mat, cold exposure
Wednesday
lots of reps trying to build up overall volume, then increase reps so it gets done faster
pulls,6,4,4,3,3,3,4,4,3,4,3,3 for a total of 50
dips, 12x5 for a total of 60
squats, 5x20
Walked 5 miles overall
walked to river and took a dunk in, superrrr collllld, but trying to build it up
Thurs
Walked 6 miles, more of a rest day
Fri
walked 5 miles
Sat
Cycled 13 miles
Sun
ran 1 mile
handstand work, can still hold a solid handstand for 30 seconds before I come down under control
Watched documentaries(Prescription Thugs, Going Clear, Christopher Hitchens) all day pretty much while it rained like crazy outside.
